The proceedings will be published by the American Institute of Physics (AIP, see http://proceedings.aip.org/proceedings/authors.jsp) in the AIP Conference Proceedings Series. All conference participants will receive a print book and, in addition, will have an unlimited access to the online version which will be published simultaneously. Note that all AIP proceedings are indexed in major databases such as Web of Science, Scopus, Inspec, or Scitation. 1) Please download the Word template here: 2) Prepare the camera-ready manuscript following the styles of the template. Note that manuscripts must have a length of 4-6 pages. 3) Convert the document to Adobe pdf, embedding all fonts. 4) Download the Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA) form here: 5) Fill in the CTA and sign it. 6) Submit the pdf-manuscript together with the CTA electronically to the conference secretary at phasemeas2010@epfl.ch . Manuscripts are due: January 29, 2010. Because the Proceedings will be distributed on site, we cannot accept manuscripts that are submitted after this date.
